We manage a global portfolio of clients for our loyalty software, and while Forward has been a solid platform, we’ve encountered minor challenges with language localization. Catering to a global audience means dealing with various languages, and more multi-language support was crucial. They introduced features to solve our issue rapidly, and now we can use them in 3 languages. What problems is Forward solving and how is that benefiting you? Our primary challenge as a loyalty software provider has been maintaining consistent, clear communication with clients across different regions. Forward solved this by offering an intuitive, interactive platform where we could centralise all client interactions. This streamlined approach has saved us time and significantly improved our client relationships. What do you like best about Forward? Forward has enabled our teams to conenct with B2B prospects with an impressive first impression environment. As a remote-first agency, we rely on a system to run effectively, and with Foward, our sales consultants can provide conversation presentations and share information collaboratively with prospects. Getting real-time notifications on engagement post-meeting has also allowed us to drive our sales reps to be more "spontaneous" in catching hot leads in action, resulting in more deals done. Support was really good in helping us understand how we designed elements within our digital sales room; can't think of anything we haven't liked so far.
